Unser Unternehmen, Toray Carbon Fibers Europe, eine Tochtergesellschaft des japanischen Konzerns Toray Industries, dem weltweit führenden Hersteller von Kohlefasern, ist seit mehr als 35 Jahren in Europa präsent.

Die Produktionsstätten und der Hauptsitz von Toray Carbon Fibers Europe befinden sich im Industriebecken von Lacq im Südwesten Frankreichs. Unser Unternehmen hat die vollständige Kontrolle über Rohstoffproduktion (PAN), Kohlefaser und Verbundwerkstoff. Die Nähe und Integration unserer Produktionsstandorte gewährleisten eine zuverlässige und hochwertige Versorgung unserer Kunden.

Auf Vertriebsebene stützt sich Toray Carbon Fibers Europe auf ein europaweites dediziertes Vertriebsnetz aus Großhändlern Marketing und Vertrieb befinden sich in Paris. Das Frankfurter Vertriebsbüro unterstützt ebenfalls unseren Kundenservice.

Unser Technologiezentrum und unsere technische Assistenz arbeiten eng mit unseren Verkaufsteams zusammen, um unseren Kunden bei ihren Projekten umfassende Unterstützung zu bieten.
Toray Carbon Fibers Europe, a subsidiary of the Japanese company, Toray Industries, the world's leading manufacturer of carbon fiber, has been present in Europe for more than 35 years.

Toray Carbon Fibers Europe has extensive experience in manufacturing and marketing Torayca® premiumcarbon fibers.

We are looking to strengthen its sales team with a Sales Assistant at our offices in Germany.

Essential duties and responsibilities of the position :
- Sales administration : from quotations to orders, invoicing and after-sales service;
- Import/Export : planning of deliveries with the Shipping department, instructions to forwarding agents and monitoring of deliveries (date, quantity, packaging, certificate of conformity, etc.) in conjunction with quality assurance and shipping (batch to spec conformity).
- Monitor changes between orders and forecasts
- Guarantee the control process for dual-use goods
- Ensure a good relationship with the direct customer (DACH region + Scandinavia) and colleagues in the sales department in Paris. - 5 years experiences in sales assistant, natural autonomy
- Use of INCOTERMS.
- Use of Pack Office
- Diploma in International Trade or equivalent.
- Serious, rigorous, good interpersonal skills, dynamic
- Fluent in English, German. French IT's a plus

You have initial experience in sales administration, ideally with technical products or in industry.

You are a team player and enjoy working in an international environment. The job requires good priority management.

You also have excellent interpersonal skills, so this is the job for you !

Conditions :
- You are the only one assistant of sales Manager in Frankfurt, connexion with Paris office
- Used to work in a small/mid-size company that is a part of a big corporation
- 40 hours/week
- 30 holiday
- Disponibilities : April or as soon as possible
