In Bulgaria, we are well known with our dermo-cosmetic brands : Avene, Ducray, A-Derma, Klorane, Rene Furterer, Elgydium, and Eludril.

We have been working also in the area are related to the treatment of infantile hemangiomas and oncology.

Votre mission
In conjunction with management, act as a digital expert for your specialized group (e.g. CRM, Digital Fingerprint, Social, Content); in an advisory role, support and guide global/franchise brands and local teams or regions to activate their digital strategy according to your field of specialization :
- Implement guidelines, good practices, processes and support tools for your field of specialization in accordance with the BU or Function's digital strategy
- Support teams in their strategy and guide them toward the best practices for your field of specialization
- Implement and continuously develop a set of tools (in conjunction with the DAIS), good practices and guidelines in this field according to an allocated budget
- Provide support and guidance to global brands and local/regional teams for the implementation of processes, tools and guidelines (providing documentation, workshops, content for training materials)
- Take on an advisory role (e.g. in selecting agencies or reviewing their proposals)
- Monitor digital performance in your field and make concrete suggestions on how brands can move forward in their use of tools/practices related to your field of specialization
- Assist in monitoring the new digital practices in your field of specialization to adapt guidelines and share the best practices internally and externally with your brand and country contacts
- Work closely alongside digital experts in other fields
