Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Technology and Solution Director to play a pivotal role in steering our local tech teams and contributing to both local and global solution projects. This role demands a balance of leadership, technical expertise, and strategic vision, ensuring seamless operations, client satisfaction, and innovation.
At Prose On Pixels, we are on a quest to revolutionize the content production landscape, and we are in search of a visionary Technology and Solution Director to lead this charge at a local and global level. Reporting to both the local CEO and to the Global Chief Technology Officer, this role is pivotal in bridging the gap between strategic objectives and operational excellence.
In this role, you will be entrusted with the leadership of our local tech teams, ensuring that they are not just functioning, but thriving and innovating in their daily activities. Your responsibilities do not end at the local level. In collaboration with the Global CTO and other key stakeholders, you will play a crucial role in spearheading global solution projects.
Your insight, expertise, and leadership will be instrumental in driving these projects to success, setting new standards in content production and technological innovation.
This role demands a unique blend of technical acumen, leadership prowess, and strategic thinking. You will find yourself at the intersection of client solution design, business development, and day-to-day operational management, ensuring that every piece of the puzzle fits perfectly to create a masterpiece of efficiency and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
·Local Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the local technology teams, ensuring they are aligned with the company’s goals, equipped with necessary tools, and motivated to deliver excellence.
·Global Collaboration: Work closely with the Global CTO and other international stakeholders to drive global solution projects, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring consistency in practices and standards.
·Client Solutions Design: Engage with local leadership to understand client needs, devise innovative solutions, and ensure the delivery of high-quality content at scale.
·Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the local tech teams, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of services.
·Business Development Support: Work with local leadership in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, contributing to the growth and success of the organization.
·Technology Expertise: Stay abreast of the latest developments in Generative AI, 3D, VFX, Adobe solutions, production and digital engineering and other related technologies, ensuring Prose On Pixels remains at the cutting edge of content production.
Qualifications:
·A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role within a content production or digital development environment.
·Proven track record of leading tech teams and managing medium to large-scale projects.
·In-depth knowledge of content at scale automation, Generative AI, 3D pipelines, VFX, and related technologies.
·Proficiency in Adobe solutions and familiarity with the latest trends and tools in content production.
·Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire, guide, and develop teams.
·Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset, capable of driving innovation and efficiency.
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships and collaborating with stakeholders across different levels and regions.
·A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
