Job description
Must have minimum 89 years of SAPHCM with S/4 HANA experience.
Certification in SAPHCM is must.
Experience on Government/PSU Project is must.
Ready to work from client location is must.
Exposure on SAP integration must. (MM & FICO modules)
Minimum 45 end to end Indian implementation with Payroll & time Management is must.
Good exposure on WRICEF objects F.S creation.
Very good in English & Hindi communication is must.
Good in understanding third party integration with SAPHCM (example: Biometrics)
Strong Indian Payroll knowledge with statutory requirements
Flexible to work from Office.
Strong configuration skills around Core functionality of Payroll like:
PCR Configurationmust
