Job description
Title: PMO Administrator
Location: Austin TX Hybrid
Contract: 12 months
Administrative Support
- Setting up workshops and meetings and following up with meeting minutes/actions
- Arrange and provide support for events conferences planning logistics and coordination
- Handling ad hoc queries
- Compliance monitoring ensuring contractual obligations are met and following up accordingly
- Formatting and maintaining issue logs and risk registers
- Creation of Purchase Orders requests and validating invoices
- Managing resources onboarding and offboarding activities and utilizing an organized tracking mechanism
- Processing maintaining monitoring and filing all projectrelated information and documentation
- Recording contract requirements and managing their delivery by the PMO and delivery teams
- Coordinating the collation of reports and producing summary reports
- Tracking timelines for contractual deliverables and partner renewals
Qualifications and Skills :

- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- 35 years experience within a project management role
- Proficiency in MS Office and Sharepoint
- Experience with creating requests for Purchase Order Creation by Accounting
- Prioritization and balancing competing needs effectively
- Attention to detail ensuring accuracy in project documentation
- Excellent time management and adaptability handling changing priorities and needs
- Strong customer service and engagement capabilities
- Communication skills within and beyond the PMO including interactions with internal and external stakeholders
