Within the Fluid Connectors System (FCS) Division, you oversee Industrial Program and global Supply Chain Projects, to participate in IT Cooling market growth perspectives.
As Supply Chain Program Manager, your main missions are :
- Define and drive the Supply Chain strategy at a global level for industrial operations : logistics, procurement, buying, production, industrialization, and quality
- Participate in implementing new production lines in our plant based in the US, in China and in our historical production unit in France
- Coordinate countries dedicated resources at a global level
- Oversee the investment budget (CAPEX), its application and accuracy and drive the time to market strategy
- Participate in elaborating budgets to reach financial objectives
- Guarantee customers satisfaction aligned with Sales & Marketing target by controlling and improving our existing process
- Collaborate with Research & Development service and Sales department to deliver high-quality products reflecting customer's needs
- Ensure that market needs, and constraints are fully understood and taken into consideration by our Production and Business Units
- Participate in optimizing the Supply Chain Service between specific markets offer and FCS Division constraints
Mobility : frequent international travel (30% of the time) Qualifications
Degree : Master's degree in Engineering science, completed with sales & marketing education. A different level of education with a significant experience will BE considered.
Career Experience :
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in Supply Chain Management or Industrial Operations
- 5 to 10 years in management (project or hierarchical) in a global environment
- Successful experience in developing and conducting industrial strategy (product, process, and supply chain)
- An experience within OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or integrator companies would BE a plus
