DESCRIPTION The EU AMXL ReLo Program Team overseas the Reverse Logistics operations across EU, driving operational excellence and process compliance efforts. We aim to bring an end-to-end approach to AMXL Reverse Logistics that includes our capabilities across ReLo Ops with a quality and vendor returns focus. We're looking for Process Improvement Specialists to deliver large and medium scale projects and programs within the EU AMXL Returns network. You will be responsible for managing significant operational and service growth across the European Operations and work with cross-functional and cross-departmental teams to understand the business and identify customer needs. Key job responsibilities To be successful in this position, you need to be comfortable driving operational projects in a high pressure and often ambiguous work environment and interfacing with various functional teams and individuals at all levels of the organization. The role Key responsibilities include: Deliver a comprehensive analytics capability to forensically investigate our processes, operations and technical systems, providing detailed, data-driven insight to shape our program and operational decisions Working with engineering, supply chain and operations stakeholders to evaluate and support business decisions in an ambiguous environment Designing program mechanisms to reduce bottlenecks, improve communication, identify risks, and gather feedback from a wide range of worldwide stakeholders Develop regular program communication, including launch plans, timelines, status updates, post-launch assessments and performance reviews Rolling up your sleeves to help get things done Proactively build and manage relationships with key internal stakeholders across a range of businesses About the team This role is part of the Worldwide AMXL Program which is an initiative designed to help Amazon improve and expand the delivery of large items and those requiring special handling and additional services for exceptional customer experience. The target is to grow this business in EU with excellent customer experience and cost position. This Process Improvement Specialist will be a resourceful and confident team player who can think out of the box in an ambiguous problem space, and is willing to roll up their sleeves to continue building a program with impact across the AMXL network. We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Luxembourg, LUX BASIC QUALIFICATIONS A degree in business, supply chain, transportation, economics or a technical field Relevant experience working in a supply chain, transportation, project management or management consulting role Relevant experience in project management or management consulting including handling multiple ongoing projects Relevant experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis Relevant experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Preferred qualifications are not required to apply for a position at Amazon.
