The product line Urban oversees all projects related to :
-
- City consultancy in the domains of urban planning, mobility, sustainability & policy, environment and Buildings
- Engineering of transport infrastructure and buildings
Our Business Development and Sales team is looking for a Sales Assistant to strengthen the growing activities of the URBAN team.
Your job
- You are responsible for the administrative support to the business development and sales managers to deliver commercial proposals to various Clients
- Under the supervision of the sales managers, you are able to analyse Tender documents from various Clients, understand the requirements and put together the various administrative documents
- You will take contact with various support functions (Legal, marketing) to get all administrative inputs necessary for the Tender
- You work closely with the other sales assistants of TRACTEBEL in Belgium to work as one Team
Your profile
- You have preferably a Bachelor in Marketing, Communications or applied Linguistics
- You have excellent writing skills in Dutch
- You are an advanced user of the Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- You preferably have experience in giving sales support on Proposals
- You preferably have experience with CRM tools (Salesforce for example)
- You are well organised, are able to respect deadlines and manage autonomously your priorities
- You have excellent communication skills and able to build relationships with your professional contacts (colleagues, customers, suppliers)
- You are creative and open to acquire new skills
- You are a team player
- You are interested in the domain of sustainable Urban development
- You are bilingual (Dutch/French). English will BE considered as an asset
