The VESI D-A-CH satellite with offices in Frankfurt, Mannheim and Zurich takes care of the Group solutions for 20,000 employees in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Lichtenstein.

Promote and improve adoption of our modern document management solutions with Microsoft 365 as added value for VINCI Energies companies in the D-A-CH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

After 3-5 months of training and collaboration in Le Mans, you will be based in Mannheim. Some travel will be required in the D-A-CH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) as well as Le Mans and Paris.

Your role is to:

• Be part of building a new document management team for the D-A-CH region.
• Improve your language skills in German within a language course offered by VINCI Energies.
• Promote our solutions to VINCI Energies companies with presentation, demo, in person meeting or webinar.
• Train users within companies to faster adoption of the solutions.
• Follow the adoption with dedicated tools, analyze and solve the barriers to adoption
• In charge for solution rollout, support and training activities of our solution for users in the D-A-CH region, in coordination with the central collaborative team (Le Mans).
  

Profile : 

• Graduated from a Business School, Engineering School or University
• Fluent French and English essential and German A2/B1
• Strong will to learn
• First knowledge of modern document management solution, ideally Microsoft 365 SharePoint
