We are over 550 professionals and currently looking for a Chief Financial Officer. In this role, you will be joining as the number one in Finance, working alongside the COO during a period of expansion. You would be owning the running of the finance function and sitting amongst the rest of the C-Suite. Given the growth over the coming years, the position will require the CFO to improve the efficiency of the business as it rapidly expands. You will also be playing a lead role in future IPO plans as well as providing strategic and commercial support across the company. Your Responsibilities: Ownership of all financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities; Liaise with and provide insights from the Finance side to the board and leadership; Overseeing accurate reporting and ensuring robust financial controls are maintained across the company; Overseeing the tax and accounting of all our legal entities globally; Managing working capital and cash flow to reduce debt while maximizing sales and margin opportunities; Maintaining a good working relationship with investors and external stakeholders (banks, auditors, etc); Providing financial, strategic, and commercial support as necessary; Overseeing implementation of new finance processes; Leading and developing the finance team globally. We expect you to have: Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA); Experience working in a similar technology company; Experience working with or in VC or PE-backed companies; Exit (IPO) experience from a finance perspective; Led finance functions in fast-growing, data-driven environments, having had full ownership; Must be commercially aware and proactive; Previous experience and involvement in fundraising; Extremely strong communication skills; Excellent people management and leadership skills; Excellent spoken and written English is required; In addition, French and/or German is desirable.
