The International Regulatory Affairs department is looking for an apprentice starting from September 2024 for a duration of 12 months.

Key duties & missions

Within the Global Regulatory Affairs department, you will participate in various ongoing projects and provide support to the team in the following regulatory activities:

• Preparation and submission of new MA applications, pharmaceutical and clinical variations, renewal requests, monitoring files creation in relation with the Local regulatory Responsible of each country.
• Maintain and update of internal databases for regulatory activities.
• Support promotional material/Packaging materials review, when applicable
• Support Global Labelling and/or Global Operations activities.
• Support quarterly review of metrics.

✨ What skills/experiences are expected for the role?

• Student in Master 2 Regulatory Affairs in 2024/2025
• First experience in Regulatory Affairs would be a plus
• Fluent in English and French.
• Rigorous, dynamic, analytical skills.
• Self-motivated team player
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Business-oriented & problem-solving attitude
