Job description

Integrate the Department of Services Operations, more especially in the Ground Segment Division. You will join the Monitoring Engineering Team, in charge of all aspects related to design, deployment and exploitation of monitoring and remote management systems used to deliver services. We are looking for an exploitation engineer to reinforce the team on deployment and exploitation phases on various monitoring systems.

Main activities

• Design and develop monitoring or remote management solution for customer services
  
• Implement and put in operation solution for customer services
  
• Lead internally the management of system evolution requests and project activities
  
• Be involve on all aspects related to system upgrade activity (no regression tests, Quality tests, stress/scale testing, rollout/release, etc.)
  
• Support day to day maintenance activities at system and equipment levels
  
• As administrator of the systems, deal with daily system and equipment incidents
  
• Be in charge of the tracking of internal on-going problem until the final resolution and hotfix
  
• Supervise the management of external problems with supplier or manufacturer but also follow-up on new technologies

Requirements

• University degree (Bac +5) in telecommunication Engineering or a related subject
  
• Networking and Telecommunication knowledges
  
• Scripting and knowledge of API (C#, Python, Perl, REST, JSON)
  
• Interested in team work, in a multicultural environment
  
• Self-driven and proactive
  
• Fluent English and minimum technical French mandatory
