Luveba S.A. is a European leader in maintenance and modernisation of Vapor Recovery Units (VRU). We operate in the oil and gas industry since 2002 and have offices in Luxembourg and France (Strasbourg). In order to strengthen our presence on the global market, we are looking for a qualified, independent and proactive project manager, who will guarantee the success of our projects in France and abroad. Job description Your main tasks will consist of carrying out projects to improve and or increase the capacity of existing vapor recovery installations on customer sites located around the world. The job involves traveling approximately 100 days per year. As most customers are located in Europe, your trips will be mostly short. Accountabilities: Respect of project delivery deadlines Establishment of internal human resources needs in conjunction with the technical director. Definition and ordering of equipment in conjunction with the purchasing department Drafting of subcontractor specifications, consultation, and ordering in conjunction with the purchasing department Project management (planning, documentation, invoicing in conjunction with the accounting department) Ensure the relationship with the client and participation in meetings (preparatory, prevention plan) Commissioning of the process and monitoring of on-site tests. Carry out Post-mortem (HSE) and Technical when necessary. Operator training. Try to increase the sales envelope for each project Apply and enforce the company's QHSE Policy as well as the System's procedures. Know and respect internal instructions and rules. Provide information on possible malfunctions. Qualifications: Desired educational level: Bac+2 minimum and significant experience in the energy industry and proven experience in managing small technical projects. Mastery of communication techniques, diplomacy, oral fluency, listening skills. Good knowledge of the sector of activity and the processes and technologies implemented. Fluency in the English language (both orally and written), a second foreign language being advantage German, French, Dutch, Scandinavian, Spanish will be a plus. Have a sense of priorities. You have a driving license. Be comfortable with human resources management. Profile: You like to travel and you like to work independently.
