Position :
We are looking for an Talent Acquisition Recruiter, who identifies with the following aspects :
Key responsabilities :
- Selection of our future IT consultants via advertisements, sourcing from CV libraries, direct approach, etc.;
- Follow-up of applications : emails, pre-qualifications, minutes of telephone interviews, responses to candidates, etc.;
- Conducting interviews and recruitment meetings;
- Learn and keep up-to-date with the latest technological developments that influence our clients hiring needs.

- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business/Communication or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting technical profiles for the IT sector;
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. : social media);
- People-oriented, organized, and autonomous;
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations;
- Experience with Applicant Tracking System (e.g. : Recruitee and LinkedIn Recruiter);
- Fluent in English, French is a plus.
