CE QUE NOUS VOUS PROPOSONS:
- Surveiller au quotidien les interfaces EDI et résoudre les erreurs techniques. Prendre en charge les incidents remontés via l'outil de gestion des tickets de support et résolution dans le cadre des SLA standard du SI.
- Fournir un support pour les problèmes opérationnels liés aux interfaces. Soutenir activement la maintenance et la surveillance des plateformes d'intégration et des interfaces en temps réel.
- Identifier les causes profondes des incidents et définir ou mettre en œuvre des solutions correctives.
- Organiser les déploiements en production et fournir un support post-implémentation.
- Favoriser de bonnes relations avec les parties prenantes locales.
- Suivre strictement les priorités définies par l'entreprise.
- Mettre à jour la documentation des interfaces requise avec les équipes fonctionnelles.
- Effectuer des modifications de mapping au besoin pour corriger les problèmes ou, en cas de modifications importantes, aider à définir les modifications requises pour l'équipe de développement.
- Fournir des orientations techniques et un support aux membres juniors de l'équipe si nécessaire.
- Contribuer à la réalisation d'une feuille de route à long terme pour l'architecture d'intégration.
CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS:
- Expérience minimale de 2 ans dans l'intégration EDI.
- Analytique et créatif, proactif dans la résolution des problèmes.
- Team player et capable de construire et de développer des réseaux.
- Très bonne utilisation de Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Familier avec l'utilisation de ALE/RFC dans SAP et l'utilisation de SAP en général.
- La connaissance ou l'expérience dans l'un des domaines suivants est un plus : Protocoles de communication EDI ( AS/2, SFTP, X.400, etc.).
- Formats de message EDI (XML, EDIFACT, IDOC, etc.), services Web, APIs RESTful.
- Anglais courant (écrit et oral).

YOUR MISSIONS:
- Daily monitoring of EDI interfaces and resolution of technical errors.
- Ownership of incidents raised through support ticketing tool and resolution within standard IS SLA.
- Provide support for operational issues related to interfaces.
- Actively support the maintenance and monitoring of integration platforms and interfaces at run time.
- Identify root causes of incidents and define or implement remedial solutions.
- Timely completion of changes to connectivity configuration, including certificate renewal and other changes initiated by partners.
- Effective and timely follow up on incidents related to interfaces in cooperation with business and integration team.
- Arrange production deployments and provide post go-live support.
- Nurture good relationships with local stakeholders.
- Strictly follow priorities defined by the business.
- Assist in updating required interfaces documentation together with functional teams.
- Complete changes to mappings as needed in order to correct issues or in case of extensive changes help to define the required changes for development team.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members as required.
- Contribute to delivering a long-term roadmap for integration architecture.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in EDI integration
- Analytical and creative, proactive in problem solving issues
- Self-motivated with positive, open mindset
- A team player able to build and develop networks
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Familiar with use of ALE/RFC in SAP and use of SAP in general
- Knowledge of or experience with any of the following is a plus:
- EDI Communication protocols ( AS/2, SFTP, X.400, etc.)
- EDI Message formats (XML, EDIFACT, IDOC, etc.), Web services, Restful APIs
- Fluent business English (written and spoken)
