Job description
Our client is looking for a new Conducting Officer to join their team. Client Details Our client is an AIFM specialized in Private Equity. Description Assess the compliance risk for the activities of the Company. Identify, list and monitor relevant laws and regulations. Monitor anti-money laundering and KYC processes. Conduct the initial due diligence on delegates and other key service providers of the Company. Draft/review policies and procedures to ensure they are up to date. Liaise with the regulators and external organization on compliance matters. Implement, execute and keep up-to-date the risk strategy and relevant governance measures. Contribute the risk-related components of the quarterly annual reporting required by the CSSF. Advising the Board regarding the determination of the fund risk profile. Monitor the IT delegate in accordance with the relevant Service Level Agreement. Profile 3 to 5 years covering compliance and risk management. Fluent in English. Italian is a major asset. Experience in a Private Equity Firm/AIFM or a Big 4 or advisory environment. Knowledge and experience of deal closing processes.
