Job description

Our client is a manufacturer of market-leading medical aesthetic device technologies and is the world’s fastest-growing women’s health company. Due to their continued growth, they are now looking for a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join their team in France.

This is an exciting opportunity that combines two essential roles: Payroll Specialist and Benefits Administrator.

As the Payroll Specialist, you'll take charge of administering payroll for the EMEA & US regions. Your attention to detail will ensure seamless employee record management and precise data input, guaranteeing accurate and efficient payroll delivery. By maintaining the backbone of our organization's compensation process, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the financial well-being of the workforce.

In addition, as the Benefits Administrator, you'll work hand-in-hand with the total rewards leader, focusing on th EMEA region. Your crucial task will involve facilitating a seamless onboarding experience for new employees, ensuring their enrollment in the most relevant and rewarding benefit schemes. Equally important, you'll handle the withdrawal process for employees who depart, ensuring a smooth transition.

To be considered for the role, you must closely match the following criteria: 

Prior payroll experience.

Experience in processing France, Germany, Italy & US Payroll desirable.

Understanding of data protection regulations like GDPR.

Familiarity with payroll & HRIS systems.

Analytical skills.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to maintain a consistent high level of attention to detail.

Team player.

Ability to find a solution or to deal proactively with work-related problems.

Ability to multitask due to constantly changing priorities and opportunities.

Ability to assess multiple tasks and develop a plan to complete them in a logical and efficient manner

Fluent in English written and oral communication.

Proficiency in other languages desirable.
