As a Clinical Leader and with the support of the clinical sub-team, you will BE responsible for shaping and delivering the clinical development strategies of our assets to ensure the demonstration of their medical value in selected auto-immune diseases, with the ultimate goal of covering patients' unmet needs.

Responsibilities :
- Define strategies and lead the global clinical development plans according to the best medical, societal and economic values of the project
- Lead the clinical sub-team
- Recommend emerging and innovative medical and therapeutic clinical development approaches
- Provide expertise in clinical immunology to support the development of new therapies directed across our pipeline towards selected autoimmune diseases
- Support the Asset Leader(s) for one or several projects at preclinical and development stages
- Contribute to emerging medical and scientific innovation at drug discovery stage
- Lead interactions and represent Servier, with health authorities and regulatory agencies, key opinion leaders, patient organisations and public private partnerships according to project needs
Profiles :
- Medical Doctor specialized in immunology / internal medicine
- Proven multi-year experience in global clinical development within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, including early clinical development and innovative strategies
- In-depth knowledge of drug development for autoimmune diseases
- Demonstrated ability to work with key opinion leaders across immunology, in the proposition and delivery of clinical studies
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Fluency in English
- Strong strategic thinking and capacity to share a vision
- Ability to innovate in a dynamic environment
- Inspiring, motivating and able to federate a cross-functional team around common vision and objectives
- High collaborative skills and capacity to solve conflicts
- Exceptional communication (oral, written and presentation) and leadership skills
