Créée en 2005, HR Team est une Entreprise française de Services du Numérique (ESN, anciennement SSII) possédant plus de 15 agences (dont une en Belgique et une en Espagne). HR Team explique sa croissance par son approche singulière en tant qu'ESN : l'humain avant tout.
L'entreprise assure une stratégie digitale en cohérence avec l'ambition de ses clients et gère toutes les phases de leurs plans digitaux grâce à 5 domaines d'expertise (nos squads) : Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Data/AI, Cloud/DevSecOps et Change Management.

The company ensures a digital strategy in line with the ambition of its customers and manages all phases of their digital plans thanks to 5 areas of expertise : software engineering, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence & data, cloud and change management.
Project
You are working on a project with very high added value in the Energy sector.
Position and missions
You will join a team of ten people and work closely with your team by performing the following activities :
· Act as team member of the Internal Software Development (ISD) team, that supports business in providing IT solutions that are fit-for-purpose.
· Execute daily activities : Coding, code-review, testing, production support
· Go-to' person for Python related developments and insights.
· Apply our (coding) standards. You also maintain and improve them.
· You consider also non-functional requirements and operational support requirements during your development in cooperation with the rest of IT team (e.g. maintainability, user-friendliness, performance, production support, monitoring, alert).
· You propose alternatives to optimize the existing code in term of maintainability, usability, performance and other aspects.
· You're a problem solver : Troubleshooting when stakes are high does not give you cold feet.
Your profile/competences
· Master's degree in Computer Science.
· 3 years' hands-on experience on Python object oriented programming, where the bulk of experience goes beyond python used as a scripting language or python for data engineering/machine learning models or python as part of a PhD thesis.
· You have experience in SQL database programming and development.
· You are used to work in a mix of Linux and Windows.
· Having worked with
o Cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure, AWS or alike.
o Middleware like Kafka, Minio, Redis, Keycloak or alikes
· Experience with DevOps tools (such as Docker, Ansible, Jenkins etc.) is a nice-to-have.
· You demonstrate creative, critical and independent thinking capabilities.
· You offer quality and reliability to colleagues and you are able to communicate effictively.
· Agile mindset specially working in Scrum way.
