As a Product Line Manager, you will contribute to the development of a product line's turnover. The Product Line Manager is responsible for ensuring the product strategy worldwide by acting as a link between the company's different departments (R&D, Sales, Supply Chain, etc.) and making necessary decisions.

Your missions would include

• Mastering the market by participating in marketing monitoring and analysis
• Promoting and boosting product sales (i.e power metering, monitoring systems, load break, switches, UPS, industrial fuses, power distribution units)
• Managing the life cycle of the product portfolio, managing and prioritizing developments
• Defining and managing the product marketing plan, including the pricing strategy and communication/promotion actions
• Imagining the ranges of the future and participating in the product strategy
• Managing the Marketing aspect of projects and carrying out the operational part within this framework
• Supervising a team of 3 product managers
• Work with source inverters, such as Atys or Sircover.

Requirements

~ Higher education in electrical engineering/electronics/automation, ideally complemented by training in Marketing.
~ Desired experience as a Product Marketing Manager or in a commercial/business development environment, as well as in team management.
~8 to 10 years of experience in a similar position.
~ Organized and used to working in project mode.
~ Ability to analyze and adapt will be your main assets for this position.
~ Operating in an international context, mastery of English is essential.
~ Willing to travel internationally - around 20% working time is to be expected to be spent in travel
