You will be a key player in our Art Department and have significant influence in crafting visually stunning slot games.

Directly reporting to the Art Director youll be instrumental in ensuring our games captivate players. Collaborating closely with the game development team you will help our team produce highquality 2D assets that elevate the player experience.

You will support the Art Director in overseeing and maintaining our overall art quality. This really is a crucial hire and you will have a profound impact on Playnetics success

Conceptualise and Design:

• Youll collaborate with the Art Director Game Designers and Animators. Together youll sculpt visually engaging game asset concepts
• Bring characters backgrounds symbols and UI elements to life ensuring they not only look great but also serve the games narrative and features seamlessly

Asset Creation:

• Your canvas awaits! Craft 2D game assetsfrom symbols to backgrounds to UI art with finesse
• Maintain consistency in art style and quality across all game features
• Stay organized as you prepare art files ready to fuel animations and game development
• Stand side by side with the Marketing Team offering your artistic prowess and ensuring alignment

Collaboration:

• Work alongside the Art Director to define and refine the projects artistic direction
• Embrace the crossfunctional synergy! Engage with game developers marketers animators designers and producers to keep the creative flame burning bright
• Task coordination is your forte! Ensure everyones on the same page marching to the beat of artistic excellence
• Feedback fuels your fire! Embrace it iterate on designs and watch as your collective vision blossoms into reality
• Team up with the Art Director and fellow 2D Artists to finetune and streamline the art production pipeline

Mentorship and Leadership:

• Embrace your role as a beacon of inspiration! Guide and nurture junior and midlevel artists to help them produce their best work
• Lead from the front! Your high standards for creativity and quality set the bar for everyone else to follow suit

2D Art Mastery: Dive deep into the world of 2D art. We need someone who not only understands the intricacies of design but also grasps the core principles of game design
