Your future tasks:Ensuring the daily activities are fulfilled properly and timely in accordance with Desktop Procedures and SLA targetsManaging goods or services claimsSupporting junior colleagues in process related areasHandling queriesFilling documents according to procedures for audit purposes What your development path can look like?You will start your career from the onboarding plan, where you’ll grab the basics. When you gain enough experience, you can get promoted or change your role internally choosing from various job positions in areas such as Supply Chain, HR, Finance, Project Management, Customer Care, IT and much more.
Requirements
Good knowing of English (B2) and fluent/good /bilingual knowledge of / German/ French/ Slovenian / Czech / Slovakian / FinnishAbility to manage priorities, deadlines and tasks in order to accomplish goalsStrong attention to details and analytical skillsAbility to handle multiple concurrent tasksVery good customer service skills and client-focus attitudeStrong communication and interpersonal skillsGood knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, such as ExcelStudent status or bachelor's degreeWe don’t require professional experience. You will be working among experts, where willingness to learn new things is supported by a wide range of trainings designed to improve your skills.
