Job Title: SMART SUPERUSER ENGINEER
Location: Paris, France

Type: Contract

Duration: 6 months (renewable)
Technology: Hexagon SmartPlant / SmartMaterials

Responsibilities

• The SMART SUPERUSER ENGINEER, as a subcontractor, will be responsible for the following tasks:

Answering User Requests

• Responding promptly to user inquiries and providing effective solutions

Data Consistency Maintenance

• Ensuring data consistency in the database through regular maintenance activities

Integration of Piping Material Coding Rules

• Integrating and implementing coding rules related to piping materials

Acquisition of Vocabulary and Technical Knowledge

• Gaining a comprehensive understanding of the vocabulary and technical aspects of piping jobs

User Training and Manual Development

• Providing user training and creating comprehensive training manuals

Test Matrix Development

• Developing test matrices essential for the validation of new versions of the SMART tool

Validation of Tool New Versions

• Validating new versions of the SMART tool to ensure functionality and reliability

Specification, Testing, and Validation of New Functionalities

• Specifying, testing, and validating new functionalities within the SMART tool

Information Security

• Implementing measures to secure sensitive information within the system

Process Reviews and Continuous Improvement

• Intervening in process reviews with users to identify areas for continuous improvement

Knowledge Sharing

• Collaborating with other support specialists to share technical know-how and enhance team expertise

The successful candidate for this position should possess the following skills and experience

• MSc Degree in Materials Engineering (or equivalent)
• Natural inclination and proficiency in working with IT tools
• Dynamic and responsive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work efficiently in a multi-cultural team environment
