Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Agent will be:Reporting to the Customer Success & Operations Team Leader based in BarcelonaRepresenting the company to increase customer and partner satisfaction (via phone and email)Handling partner relations tasks and contributing to company's growthCollaborating with the account management team to gather relevant informationPursuing parallel projects aligned with your skills and interests whenever feasible
Requirements
Proficiency in the French and Italian language (C1 level)English and Spanish on a B1/B2 levelCustomer Service experience is preferredCompetency in using computersEffective phone contact handling abilities and active listening skillsCustomer-focused mindset with the capability to adjust and respond to various personalitiesGood analytical skills
