Scope of Work
1. It is going to be a team role wherein the person will be responsible for field team performance
2. The field team would be involved in loan processing FI customer BGV EMI collection & recovery
3. Daily reporting and if required visiting our team at various locations and customers for business FI & collections
4. Hiring and appointment of the team
Reporting: Head of Operations
Growth Path:
With the zeal to learn owning things and consistent performance in the above role the incumbent can move up the ladder as follows:
1. NBFC Partnership Lead
2. Regional/Pan India Lead role
