Job description

A promising startup building AI-driven productivity tools is seeking a Founding Software Engineer to join their team. The company has recently raised an impressive round with backing from previously successful founders and investors in the AI space.

The Role

As a Founding Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the core product and in solving complex problems. You will be part of the early team responsible for developing all aspects of the platform, from experimenting with AI agents to building and optimizing backend systems. You will also filter and train data models, and work to build and deploy infrastructure to the cloud.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience
• Background with Typescript and Python
• Demonstrable excellence (previous entrepreneurial pursuits/ speaker or participant in community events/ previous impact at an early-stage business)

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary of up to €110 000
