Located in the heart of the charming town of Sceaux and close to its immense park, the ibis Styles « La Parisienne » hotel (49 rooms) is looking for a versatile Receptionist.

Your mission:

• Welcome guests as soon as they arrive, and accompany them throughout their stay with special attention!
• Provide a warm and friendly service to create a memorable atmosphere for our guests!
• Ensure their satisfaction , so as to contribute to their loyalty , because we know that their return will be partly thanks to you!
• Handle telephone calls and reservations , ensuring smooth and efficient service!
• Manage invoicing and collections , ensuring that everything is clear and transparent for our customers!
• Carry out the various checks and daily closures during night shifts, ensuring rigorous management and a smooth transition to a new day full of promise!

Work Experience

• You radiate a smile and demonstrate courtesy , friendliness and thoughtfulness in every interaction. Your dynamism and organizational skills make you a must-have!
• Mastery of FOLS software (or, failing that, any other PMS ) is an asset that you possess, enabling you to be rapidly operational and efficient in your tasks.
• Your command of French and English is a real advantage (and if you speak other languages, that's even better!) which will facilitate exchanges with our international customers.
• Level of education required : Bachelor's degree
