_Job description:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic E-commerce Manager to manage and increase our e-commerce revenues. You will be responsible for driving the growth, development, and profitability of our webstore, marketplaces, and e-commerce platform. This role involves strategic planning, management of online sales channels, and optimization of the customer experience to maximize revenue.
Responsibilities:
- E-commerce Strategy : Develop and implement the E-commerce strategy aligned with company objectives. Identify new opportunities to drive online sales and customer acquisition.
- Store Management : Create the E-commerce roadmap aligned with Business Plan objectives.
- Performance Enhancement : Drive Arturia's webstore activities to maximize user revenues and average cart through onsite search, A/B testing, personalizations, vouchers, cross-sell, up-sell, etc.
- Innovations : Contribute to the evolution of the new Arturia Webstore to have a multilingual and high-performing tool, utilizing cutting-edge animation and payment technologies.
- Traffic Development : Implement an SEO strategy to maximize product visibility on the Arturia Store and within marketplaces.
- Content Creation : Create or coordinate the creation of platform-specific e-commerce content (videos, banners, texts): Store pages and A+ product pages.
- Marketplace Management : Direct E-commerce actions on marketplaces and Key Accounts, in coordination with Sales and Channel Marketing teams.
- Strategic Direction : Collaborate with the CRM and Data team to identify and implement upgrade and cross-grade scenarios to maximize conversion rates, multi-purchase, and customer loyalty.
- Amazon Focus : Expand sales on Amazon Stores, in collaboration with Sales & Logistics teams.
- E-commerce Campaigns : work with the Digital Marketing Specialist to define and implement advertising campaigns on the Arturia webstore, various marketplaces, and Amazon Stores.
- Performance Tracking : Monitor e-store and marketplace performance, generate reports, and devise action plans.
- Benchmarking : Conduct market research on new e-commerce sites, evolving practices on marketplaces, and competitive positioning.
- Ensuring Digital Consistency : Ensure coherence in digital actions to serve brand awareness goals and revenue growth objectives.
_Profile that we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience (4 years minimum) in e-commerce management or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and web analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with various teams.
- Creative thinking with a focus on problem-solving and driving results.
- Fluent level in English (written and spoken)
