Job description
Mission
To support the business growth, our client is looking for an external Project Manager Consultant, an Integration Specialist. These projects consist of the takeover of EU funds, as well as changes to existing fund structures and optimization processes.
Tasks
The Consultant will:
- Be responsible for assisting the client in setting up the projects, drafting the requirements and coordinating and monitoring all these projects, but also participate hands on with the projects and help in some changes/optimizations where deemed necessary
- Be the Project Manager and Integration Specialist for handling various projects of the Management Company
- Be the integration specialist bringing technical support to the teams, manage internal and external analysis/business case, coordinate the Product Approval Process, implementation, the after-sales follow up in close cooperation with several internal stakeholders (Sales, Product Management, Finance, Portfolio Management, Risk, Legal, Marketing, IT) and external providers
- Presence required at the offices. Some travel abroad may be required (EU countries)
Skills
The Consultant will have the following skills:
- From 5 to 10 years of Project management experience
- Strong knowledge of the fund industry and all linked technical aspects
- Good knowledge of UCITS law, EU Fund mergers, CIK and liquidations
- Must have a good experience in the set-up of investment funds, or onboarding of existing UCITS fund structures or changes applicable to existing fund structures which are domiciled in Luxembourg, Belgium, The Netherlands or other EU countries and distributed internationally
- Sense of responsibility, and autonomy and pro-active
- French and English are mandatory. Any other language (e.g. NL, IT, SP) would be considered as an asset
