What are we looking for?-
Business school, MBA or University degree in Finance or accounting
Fluent in French and English
> 5 years in Finance (financial controlling, management accounting)
Good co-piloting/analytical skill
Comfortable with Finance IT systems
What will BE your key responsibilities?
Finance Business Partner of RCA Leadership Team
Serve as the Finance Co-pilot to the Factory Director and factory management team providing financial advice to ensure sound financial and operational decisions. Support strategy definition and implementation, developing and evaluating longer term strategies, forecasts and investment plans as well as annual plans.
Prepare and distribute periodic plant financial analysis including insightful commentaries detailing issues, opportunities, and action plans. Provide routine or ad hoc analysis and communicate with leadership regarding significant financial performance variances.
Directing preparation of budgets, reviewing budget proposals, and preparation of necessary supporting documentation and justifications. Monitoring of approved budgets on a regular basis, providing guidance and assistance where needed to leadership team.
Working closely with leadership to identify opportunities and develop strategies, understand internal business operations, and make decisions on process development and implementation to increase efficiencies and create cost savings (DiB agenda). Participation in implementation of Mars Supply Experience for management of factory.
Management of the processes of product costing, transfer price calculation, governance and control of capital investments budget. Provide reliable and timely financial data to key stakeholders to support the decision-making process.
Ensure Governance & internal control compliance in all areas related to Value Chain Operations
Responsible for governance and compliance with internal controls with support of RCA VCO Teams (SoD, Inventory Management, Internal controls, etc)
Create a continuous improvement culture by identifying gaps & ensuring the closure of them.
Facilitate recommendations on areas for improvement (risk on internal audit, inventory management, external auditors relationship, etc) and best practice sharing.
Ensure harmonization through reports & Finance Manual rules compliance and accounting processes alignment
Deploy & maintain guidelines & procedures on Manufacturing area at Global level (ie cross regional alignment)
BE key contact with internal & external auditors
Lead the ICE (Internal Control Excellence) by organizing Quarterly reviews with factory leadership team
Prepare new control tools replacing ICE & ensure transition
Ensure all systems and processed are compliant with Finance Manual & internal control requirements
Co-operate closely with RC SAS S&F (fin ops, governance, etc.)
Ensure high quality of results and system monitoring :
Assure high quality of results through a regular review, as well as timely completion of standard procedures (i.e. period end closing, financial statement preparation and analysis, and daily accounting transactions), and consistently enhance controls and business solutions designed to mitigate financial risk.
Manage 1NAV to enable compliance with requirements and produce accurate and reliable financial reporting. Ensure appropriate segregation of duties, access, and controls can BE managed within the system. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and systems. 1NAV key user.
Ensure bridge between COGS ex factory & purchases in markets sourced by RCA and prepare new Management P&L in 2
Controlling, driving and forecasting of factory cash for RCA
Lead the NQC reconciliation for Europe (consistency check between 1 Nav & reports, rules/process & procedures harmonization)
Support and participation in regional projects driven by VCO S&F Team.
