Position Summary
The Anaplan Model Builder will play a critical role in developing Anaplan solutions for our clients. Model builder's will work with Anaplan Solution Architect's and deliver solutions to our end clients.
What you'll be doing:
Model builder will design, build and deliver Anaplan based solutions to implement business processes for our clients. Core responsibilities includes:
Understanding clients’ business processes and business requirements
Translate requirements into functional requirements and use cases
Design and build Anaplan application models to support business processes
Build and develop Anaplan modules leveraging the Anaplan Way methodology
Configure and maintain Anaplan lists, modules, dashboards, actions, and other model settings to meet business needs
Participate and/or lead UAT testing and deployment
Develop model documentation
Build data flows to and from clients’ systems and reconcile data
Define user roles and permissions in Anaplan
More about you:
Financial analysis and modelling experience with a Bachelor’s degree or higher
Consulting/implementation Experience implementing Enterprise Performance Management solutions such as Cognos, Hyperion, SAP BPC, Business Objects, TM1,
Advanced Microsoft Excel / financial modelling skills
Demonstrated knowledge of a formal system implementation methodology – requirements gathering, design, build/test and deploy (Agile methodology preferable)
Superb written and oral communication skills
Penchant for service excellence and a collaborative style
Understanding of data integration (inbound and outbound)
Passion for business analytics, modelling and planning
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Results-oriented, motivated, self-starter
Collegial, open and grounded in integrity
Desire to work with a truly dynamic and exciting team, with a “roll-up your sleeves” approach
