You will be based in our Paris office.

What You'll Do
You will draft, review, and negotiate different types of contracts, for example consulting agreements, engagement letters, waiver letters, confidentiality agreements, subcontracting agreements.
You will work closely with consultants on a variety of engagement-related legal matters on a daily basis and provide them with legal advice on a variety of engagement-related legal issues and on internal compliance and risk management topics.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating contractual terms; will work together and liaise with other lawyers, contracts counsels and paralegals across Europe in diverse jurisdictions; and will collaborate with colleagues (Europe and worldwide) outside the legal department (e.g., risk managers, external relations/communications, office and practice leadership, local administrative leaders).
