Job description

We are working with a leading FX broker business which is looking to recruit an Arabicspeaking Sales Retention Agent for their Limassol office.

Location: Limassol Cyprus

Employment type: Fulltime

Remuneration: Base salary commissions

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Promote the companys products and services
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Convert high quality leads into longlasting customers
• Increase chances of future sales
• Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at any moment given
• Keep up to date with the financial markets

REQUIREMENTS:

• Professionally fluent in Arabic both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
• Previous Retention experience in a retention role in Forex Industry is mandatory
• Computer savviness
• Ability to work with deadlines & targets
• Management and mathematics skills
• Great objectionhandling skills
