We are looking for a highly motivated experienced candidate with pharmacokinetics and bioanalytical knowledge of large molecules, for a position as Bioanalytical project representative & preclinical PK expert. The candidate will BE a key contributor to the preclinical pharmacokinetic & pre-clinical and clinical bioanalytical strategies and will support their operational implementation in the DMPK department of the Translational Medicine direction. The role requires an in-depth knowledge of innovative and fit for purpose approaches in the field of bioanalysis, pharmacokinetics and immunogenicity (ADA assays) as the candidate is expected to promote, design, communicate and execute the relevant approaches in projects from the therapeutic areas of interest for the Servier group (Oncology and Neurology & Immuno-Inflammation mainly). This is a strategic role as well as a scientific and technical role as IT includes coordination of laboratory-based activities. This is a full-time position for our new R&D centre in Paris - Saclay with some home-based work.

Missions :
- Support and challenge the elaboration of the early development plan for DMPK aspects, of our drug candidates.
- Define and optimize the experimental design, and data interpretation of pharmacokinetic (PK), and toxicokinetic (TK) aspects of preclinical studies.
- Participate in project team meetings as a recognized DMPK / Bioanalytical expert
- Participate to the scientific development of the bioanalytical team & capabilities (UHPLC-MS, HRMS, LBA) (internal & collaboration) to support our projects within the area of BA, PK and immunogenicity.
- Write/Review protocols, scientific reports and prepare appropriate documentation to support applications for regulatory agency filing. Provide bioanalytical, PK/TK and immunogenicity expertise into related documents such as Investigator Brochures, project strategic documents and study reports
- Follow external scientific advances in the area of bioanalysis & pharmacokinetics and promote and implement relevant technologies & methods internally to ensure state-of-the-art lab capabilities and continuous support for projects
- Ensure good communication with other partners in the project team and sub-teams (Non clinical safety, Pharmacology, Quantitative pharmacology, Clinical pharmacology; formulation). Interact with those teams in a matrix environment
- Participate actively in operational performance monitoring by ensuring that resources and timelines are met for deliverables

Profile :

PhD with 3 to 5 years' experience in DMPK and Bioanalysis in the pharmaceutical industry or at a CRO or Master degree within the area of bioanalysis and/or immunology with at least 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry or at a CRO in the fields of bioanalysis and pharmacokinetics
- Experience with different kind of LBA immunoassay platforms, e.g. ELISA, Gyrolab, MSD and MS technologies.
- Experience in multiple drug modalities (ASOs, Protacs, NCEs) is a plus.
- Experience in interacting with external partners and contract research organizations (CROs) is a plus
- Good understanding of drug discovery and development programs of biological entities
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal skills, both written and spoken, with an ability to inform, influence, and persuade
- Good listening and writing skills in English
- Ability to work independently to drive project forward as well as collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team (matrix) environment
