We are recruiting our future Technical Support Engineer within our Service & Product Support department.
You are currently or have recently provided remote or field technical support, troubleshooting, maintenance on construction/agriculture/material handling/automotive equipment or technically close, and you want to support customers and dealers from our office in Pontchateau.
Technical academic background or equivalent 2-5 years technical service and/or troubleshooting experience in one or more technical fields such as hydraulic, hydrostatic, diesel engines, electrical systems required… (Training will be given accordingly)
Ability to read electric and hydraulic schematics
Strong interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Basic Technical English verbal and written required (training can be provided for improvement).
Other languages such as French, German, Italian, Spanish, Polish, Russian, or Dutch are a plus
