In this position, you will provide technical support for the maintenance of ABB's French branch's analysis tools, performing high quality professional service assignments, remotely or on-site.
Reporting to the Team Manager, your practical experience and knowledge of customer needs will help you not only to build strong customer relationships, but also to identify new business opportunities.
Your responsibilities
- Provide remote or on-site technical assistance to customers
- Exceed customer expectations by understanding and anticipating current and potential needs
- Ensure customer retention by offering optimal service quality
- Troubleshoot potential equipment failures
- Take proactive compensatory/preventive measures and inform internal partners
- Coordinate the logistics of resources and spare parts for all on-site service work
- Propose product and process improvements within the business to enhance operations and customer service.
Your background
- Following a Bac+2 or +3, you have a first experience in itinerant maintenance, as a Technician or Engineer with products coming from instrumentation,
- Solid knowledge and practical experience of servicing, maintenance, commissioning and repairs for electrical and instrumentation services.
- Ability to travel nationally
- Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, with strong oral and written communication skills
