Administrative Assistant

Normal working days: weekdays

* Supervise office staff

* Fix employee disputes

* Train employees on work procedures

* Evaluate employee job performance

* Recruit interviewed and hired employees

* Explain work procedures and company policies to staff

* Make policies and procedures are followed

* Schedule staff

* Direct billing and office support duties

* Identify and resolved system problems

* Monitor and ordered office supplies

* Prepare inventory control reports

* Lead and managed production team

* Make production goals are met

* Manage overall department performance

* Have excellent communication within departmen

* Ensure proper staffing levels

* Maintain office records

* Discipline staff

* Coordinate all office equipment maintenance and repairs

* Give status updates of office activities to senior management

* Make salary recommendations

* Rework procedures to improve office efficiency

* Prepare reports

* Help employees with professional development

* Act as a liaison with other departments

* Maintain office calendar

* Schedule appointments

* Distribute incoming mail

* Answer and prioritized telephone calls

* Have effective working relationships with employees

* Plan and assigned work

* Direct placement of finished product

* Resolve customer complaints
