Job Role : Atlassian JIRA Admin

Location: Orange County LA

Duration: 12 Months

Experience with Kiplot Addon for Jira.

Software and JIRA Service Management as well as a deep understanding of software development and operational best practices with tools such as PowerBI Tempo.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Architect configure and administer JIRA Software and JIRA Service Management solutions to align with the companys business requirements.

Act as a liaison between technical consulting and business consulting teams and client business stakeholders development teams and IT departments to ensure that Atlassian tools are customized to meet evolving needs.

Implement and manage Agile DevOps and Product Management frameworks within the Atlassian ecosystem with a focus on enhancing workflow efficiencies.

Provide expertise in the full SDLC from planning and requirements gathering to testing deployment and maintenance.

Develop advanced queries reports and dashboards to provide key insights into project status quality metrics and resource allocation.

Conduct training sessions and prepare documentation to ensure the efficient and effective use of Atlassian tools across the organization.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to JIRA Software and JIRA Service Management.

Collaborate with other departments to drive crossfunctional projects ensuring that best practices are adhered to.

Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure that the organization remains at the forefront of technological advancements.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in implementing Agile DevOps and Product Management frameworks.

Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.

Strong understanding of all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to communicate complex technical issues to nontechnical stakeholders.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field. Masters degree preferred.

At least 8 years of handson experience in managing Atlassian JIRA Software and JIRA Service Management platforms.

Preferred to have Certified Atlassian Professional (ACP) certification is strongly preferred.
