We are the FRENCH LEADER in EXPORT TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE for construction, industrial and engineering projects.
This is how we mobilise our employees or teams of experts, technicians and supervisors to work on sites abroad as a matter of urgency, to solve all kinds of technical problems.
On behalf of one of our international customers specializing in Energy, we are looking for a Project Director (M/F) for a permanent contract in Munich, Germany.
As Project Director, your main tasks will BE to :
- Supporting our development in this market and improving our business in the medium and long term
- Manage and lead our team in Germany, in particular junior project managers, production managers, cost managers, safety managers and a buyer, who report directly to you. You report to management in Paris and are an active member of the strategies deployed
- Manage and deliver the overall budget, high quality project plans, progress reports, evaluations and process improvements
- Comply with all HSEQ regulations, in particular with regard to safety at work for all project members and environmental protection
- Respect fundamental principles and group guidelines
- Apply company processes and policies for each area of project management knowledge
- Control and monitor contractual risks, including those related to health and safety, ethics, human rights, environment, economics, logistics, quality and cyber security.
- Contribute to the improvement of these processes by providing reliable, relevant and well-argued feedback - You already have 10 years' successful experience in OHTL AND 10 years' successful experience in project management
- You have worked for 10 years in a comparable management role, with the ability to organise all members of a successful project team in an international working environment
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, energy management or a comparable field.
- Strong technical project management skills, including scope control, scheduling, cost control and procurement
- You will BE an enthusiastic, collaborative and dynamic individual, capable of setting, monitoring and achieving a range of project objectives
- You should have a full command of German and a good command of English, ideally French
- Very good teamwork, organisational and communication skills, as well as a confident attitude and competent interaction with all project members and relevant stakeholders
- Willingness to travel (at least 50%) within Germany, and open to longer project stays and frequent international travel
