Job description

MISSION/ROLE SUMMARY :

* Support categories and innovations with analytical analysis for Europe and US
- Comply with Coty's SOP and guidelines
- Perform analytical analysis and stability studies for all types of products
- Alert development teams when Out Of Specification occur
- Responsible for the lab instruments operation and data processing

* Adherence to GLP principles

* BE a strong technical support for analytical troubleshooting by identifying root causes and developing solutions

* Develop, validate, and transfer analytical methods on different techniques such as GC-MS, HPLC, UPLC, LC-MS for ingredient and residuals

* Support in method optimization and harmonization considering existing methods (COTY, pharmacopeia, other official methods)

* Support/participate to strategy implementation on HPIM monitoring

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform analytical analysis using GLP and established SOP
- Analyze, process, exploit and deliver accurate analytical results
- Alert teams when OOS occur
- Manage stock levels of consumables
- Fully accountable for management of analytical projects
- Ensure data integrity (audit trail review, electronic signature, electronic archiving, electronic notebooks) - · EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS or EXPERIENCE EQUIVALENT
- Master degree in chemistry or chemist engineer diploma
- Minimum of 1-3 years related work experience in analytical assessment
- KNOWLEDGE
- Broad science work experience and skillset in analytical, with excellent organizational skills

- Fluent English
- Autonomous with analytical devices such as HPLC, UPLC, GC, titrimetry and other laboratory devices
- Autonomous on projects management
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and adapt to changing strategy
- Advanced computer skills - MS Office (all areas)
- Well versed in GLP principles
- Practical knowledge of Empower and MVM softwares would BE a plus
- Knowledge on GC-MS and LC-MS would BE a plus
- Practical knowledge of SAP software would BE a plus
