Genesys Developer
Location: Onsite Austin TX
Duration: Long term contract (Hybrid Role)
Roles and responsibilities:
Need a composer routing/platform developer having good analytical and development skillset with flexibility to learn and adopt to anything new.
- Genesys composer routing developer. Having knowledge on java and genesys cloud is a plus.
- Hands on Experience in Genesys Routing Composer Development required
- Hands on Routing Experience in Composer Multimedia channel Development (Email Iwd)
- Experience in Service Level Routing and Priority Tuning
- Able to Explain and strong knowledge in Multisite Architecture
- Hand on ORS Implementation experience is required.
