The Channel Manager develops and maintains an effective sales channel strategy in the specified market, in order to improve ABB's market share and ensure sales growth.
He/she is responsible for marketing and sales action plans (to improve customer and partner satisfaction and enable improved sales performance).
Salary: 60k-80k (fixed + variable).

Your responsibilities
- Define and implement strategy, channel deployment with sales team and ensure regular monitoring of sales budget/harmonization of sales and marketing action plans.
- Participate in strategic sales negotiations and key framework agreements.
- Identify and evaluate new partnerships with channel specialists and approve them in coordination with the sales team.
- Coordinate sales, marketing and pricing policy efforts involving channel/segment partners.
- Evaluate and certify channel partners.
- Provide in-house ABB product and solution training on all marketing aspects related to the channel (market segmentation, development program, marketing analysis, etc.).
- Develop relationships with partners, customers and other decision-makers with a view to establishing a network of influence to promote ABB.
- Support and deploy to partners the e-Shop strategy promoted by Motion France and ABB.
Your background
- At least 2 years' higher education in technical sales.
- At least 10 years' experience in sales, with possible experience in distribution.
- Competitive, technological and marketing intelligence: keep abreast of competitive strategy, developments in new markets, new sales channels, etc.
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects: ability to make proposals to secure the support of all stakeholders in the organization (cross-functional management).
- Ability to conduct strategic sales negotiations.
- Good command of English and French, IT as well as digital customer collaboration tools.
- No obstacles to travel (50%, abroad).
- Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Security rules: HSE is everyone's business.
