As expert you will bring a deep technical mastery of the process and equipment. That expertise allows you to lead the planning, process development and implementation of Planned Maintenance Elements in a Continuous Improvement manufacturing environment. You will manage this through teams consisting of various technical and non-technical personnel, key support contractors and operations personnel.

How you will contribute

You will:

• Partner & Enable the line leader(s) to deliver the SQCDSM targets-Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability & Morale for the lines, to ensure Process stability; Participates in the DMS- Daily Management systems meetings at the shift and line level
• Own the technology and process and centerline settings for the equipment and process and have deep technical mastery of the process and equipment; Owns the PM-Progressive maintenance systems and work processes and the PM-Progressive Maintenance Key Performance Indicators for the line/s along with Centerline Management systems; owns the R&M-Repairs & Maintenance budget of the line
• Develop, own and execute the line/s preventive and time-based maintenance systems and plans and build capability of the team to execute themselves; Build (spends at least 50% of time) technical and maintenance skills of the technicians working in the shifts, so that they are able to operate and maintain their equipment themselves; be part of the PM Pillar, own all PM systems and work process at the line level and lead some of them at the department level
• Partner with the Asset and Reliability team for system improvement and execution of special maintenance tasks; be responsible for Change Management on the line/s, localization of spares and proper break-down analysis and R&M cost reduction for the line/s; Represents the department/line/s as the site technology owner in the regional and global technology forums
• Assist in VSU for the new initiatives and enable the VSU team; Help the line leader in internal and external benchmarking and reapplication; be the subject matter expert on one of the component categories and be a trainer of PM related subjects for the plant

• The capability to lead a Role for the Line. Qualify and coach the next level SWP owners and drive the common opportunity areas across the line in PDCA-Plan Do Check Adjust approach
• The capability to work as the Line Leader, developing and aligning goal/master plan for the line, deploying and managing IDP for the members, coaching team members on their performance management and career development

Activités principales de l'emploi :

 

Animation et coordination des travaux 

- Applique la méthodologie interne de gestion de projet (logiciels spécifiques…) 

- Définit et rédige tout ou partie du cahier des charges des projets en intégrant les exigences QHSE 

- Suit les budgets des projets dont il a la charge 

- Réceptionne les chantiers dont il a la charge 

- Consulte, sélectionne les prestataires en y référent à son responsable hierarchique sur son domaine d'expertise en optimisant la qualité/coût/délais

- Coordonne l'activité des prestataires et de son équipe à partir d'objectifs pour atteindre le résultat 

- Coordonne des projets transverses en autonomie (PDCA, plan d'action, conduite de réunion, communication) et en mesure l'efficacité

- Anime fonctionnellement une équipe technique ou de production lors de la réalisation de travaux

- Planifie et coordonne les chantiers avec les équipes technique ou de production

- Est référent technique sur son domaine d'expertise considéré

- Assure la veille technologique matériels et services

- Coordonne l'entretien des infrastructures

- Coordonne l'entretien des batiments

- Coordonne l'entretien utilités

- Met en place un outil de suivi hebdomadaire pour suivre l'état du périmètre qui lui est rattaché

- Assure la veille technologique de son périmètre

- Propose et réalise des solutions d'amélioration et de fiabilisation des infrastructures

- Réalise les entretiens et suivi individuel en autonomie

- Participe au recrutement de ses équipes

- Participe aux entretiens de sanctions

- Maintien en bonne état de fonctionnement les réseaux IT et téléphonique du site

- Pilote son budget en assurant un reporting et en proposant des améliorations

Animation de la performance

- S'assure du suivi, de la réalisation et de l'efficacité des interventions des prestataires

- Analyse les écarts, propose et met en place des mesures correctives

- Propose et réalise des solutions d'amélioration et de fiabilisation du matériel

- Met en place et présente les KPI de son périmètre avec les PCDA associés

Organisation et communication

- Assure le suivi et la mise à jour de la documentation technique 

- Participe, construit et anime des modes opératoires/des formations techniques 

- Communique avec différents interlocuteurs liés à son activité (internes et externes) 

 

Sécurité/Qualité/Hygiène/Environnement

- Applique et s'assure du respect des règles et standards QHSE dans les interventions 

- Alerte en cas de dérives (normes Q/S/H/E, Standards …) 

Activités associées de l'emploi / Amélioration continue/standard

- Applique et fait appliquer les standards, procédures 

- Suit et coordonne les activités des sous traitants relatifs à sa mission dans le respect des règles QHSE 

- Identifie et réalise des nouveaux standards, procédures techniques 

- Participe à des projets et travaux d'investissement en tant que référent technique 

- Réalise les demandes ou paniers d'achat aux fournisseurs 

- Utilise les outils/systèmes d'information utiles à son activité
