Job description
Our client, a big industrial firm located in the east part of Luxembourg, is looking for a Team Leader IT. Your missions : Develop, lead, and inspire a local IT team to achieve excellence. Manage and enhance local IT support for the plant and its users through an ITIL-based service desk, ensuring adherence to SLAs. Plan and oversee the IT budget and expenditures. Negotiate and oversee contracts with local IT providers, suppliers, and vendors. Coordinate and execute both centrally managed and locally requested IT projects within the plant, ensuring alignment with project targets including deadlines, costs, and scope. Ensure compliance with IT standards and processes such as ISO TS, TISAX, and ITIL. Serve as the primary liaison and collaborator between central and regional IT, and local plant management. Ensure local cybersecurity by implementing and adhering to company security standards and policies. Your profile : Strong team player with effective communication skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders including central IT teams, regional IT, and plant management. Proficiency in analyzing IT requirements, identifying issues, and implementing solutions. Comprehensive understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications. Familiarity with ITIL, ISO, TISAX, SCRUM, and other relevant standards and frameworks. Capability to manage multiple projects and tasks within established deadlines and budgets.
