Job description
We seek an experienced and passionate DevOps Manager to join and lead our innovative technology DevOps team. The successful candidate will lead and manage our DevOps team ensuring seamless collaboration between development and operations while implementing best practices for continuous integration continuous delivery and infrastructure as code.
What Youll Do:
- You will be responsible for the uptime quality and stability of our Azure Production environment which is distributed in 3 different geolocations (US Canada and Europe)
- Manage highscale cloud infrastructure and services optimizing for performance stability cost and reliability.
- Led mentored and inspired DevOps engineers ensuring high performance and collaboration.
- Collaborate across teams to align DevOps activities with business objectives.
- Evaluate and implement best practices for infrastructure as code automation and CI/CD pipelines.
- Stay current with cloud technologies recommending enhancements for efficiency.

Requirements :
- 3 years experience as a handson DevOps manager
- 5 years as a DevOps engineer
- Vast experience with running a largescale operation on Azure AWS or GCP (Azure is an advantage)
- High analytical and troubleshooting skills (Experience with DataDog is an advantage)
- Advanced knowledge in networking cloud security and compliance (GDPR SOC ISO)
- Strong experience with developing K8Sbased applications
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools (e.g. Terraform Ansible)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g. Bash Python)
- Experience with CI/CD best practices and tools (CirclcCI/Jenkins/Actions)
