Your role & missions :

As part of a job creation, we are looking forour future Business Developer.
This role requires a thorough understanding of the technical and operational customerneeds, from the delivery of appropriate technical solutions, the complete management of the sales cycle, prospection andconclusion of contracts.
Currently in high growth phase, we are looking for a Business Developer to increase our presence in the market.

As such, your activities will include:

Customer development :

• Identify and target new potential customers in various sectors, including automotive, aerospace, special machinery, rail, renewable energy, etc., to promote our expertise in developing specific batteries for each customer and pooling our industrialization capabilities.
• Build strong relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders, understanding their product requirements needs (battery performance/safety/robustness…) and by offering industrialization solutions adapted to each need.

Account management :

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring appropriate follow-up and proactively responding to their requests.
• Follow market trends and technological developments to anticipate future customer needs and offer innovative solutions.

Commercial negociation :

• Develops and negotiates competitive and profitable commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with company sales targets and profit margins.
• Work with internal team to define contract terms, delivery times and payment terms.

Technical team collaboration:

• Work closely with the engineering team to solve technical problems and propose solutions tailored to customer needs.

Required profile :

Engineering degree or equivalent in a technical field, with significant experience (min 4 years) in the sale of technical products, preferably in the field of batteries or energy storage technologies.

Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop sustainable and mutually beneficial business relationships.

Excellent understanding of basic principles of battery technology and industrial applications.

Results oriented, proactive and able to work independently in a dynamic business environment.

Proficiency in English, knowledge of other languages would be an asset.
