Job description

Within the Operations Direction and more particularly in the Enabliing Porfolio Department, you will have to ensure that the Technology Innovation Projects Portfolio effectively contributes to the achievement of R&D objectives in support of therapeutic projects :
- Manage the Portfolio at Projects level
- Analyze the Portfolio : Alert and instruct
- Provide a transversal knowledge of the ecosystem
- Have Responsibilities within Enabling Project Portfolio Department

Activities & responsabilities

Manage the Portfolio (Projects level)
- Monitor projects to have a good knowledge of project allocation (human and financial), planning and deliverables
- Understand rational and outcomes of projects with regular meetings with project owners and ensure a pertinent REX at closure

Analyze the Portfolio : Alert and instruct
- Provide the elements necessary for decision-making by the governance (prioritize and arbitrate)
- Assess whether there is a potential significant impact on the resources and financial budget,
- Assess the coherence of the portfolio by identifying the links and interdependencies between projects,
- Investigate the coherence of the portfolio within the ecosystem
- Ensure that the'right' projects are being carried out to support the strategic ambitions linked to the core business

Providing a transversal knowledge of the ecosystem
- Connect the right stakeholders between projects
- Ensure knowledge of the existing system essential to the management of the non-therapeutic project portfolio

Responsibilities within Enabling Project Portfolio Department
- Share projects information with the Portfolio Owner
- Ensure a clear, synthetic and regular reporting as well as proposals to her Manager.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Enabling Project Portfolio Department
- Carry out the tasks, within the framework of its mission or not, which are delegated by its manager.

Required qualifications and experience

Training and experience :
- Bac +5; PhD; Pharm
- Previous experience as PMO is a +

Skills / Expertise .
- Project management
- Good knowledge of pharma R&D
- Ability to work in transversal environment with various teams & profiles
- Keen to use new software and help developments them
