In order to sustain our continuous expansion drive, we are currently looking for a colleague to join our UCITS & Manco-Only Team that is part of our Fund Administration Oversight Team within Operations. Fund Administration Your areas of responsibility: Oversight controls and NAV sign-off Oversight controls of the valuation for all kind of instruments Reconciliation of outstanding units against transfer and registration data Reconciliation of assets with custodian banks or other external parties Oversight controls of securities' settlements Oversight controls of fees and charges Invoicing process Liquidation, transfer and set up of funds Project support Your skills and experience: Bank training or comparable training or studies with financial focus Good knowledge of the investment fund industry in particular fund accounting 3 years' professional experience in a comparable position Proactivity, team spirit, flexibility and stress resilience Focus on quality and accuracy Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work in a structured and meticulous way Proficient working knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel) as well as secure handling of typical information systems Fluency in German and English mandatory What we offer: Employees at our company are encouraged to work independently, show commitment and be supportive.
