The Pricing & Tenders Specialist is a key part of the ZimVie organisation and is integral for driving profitable growth. While the role will report into the EMEA Commercial Team IT will sit in-country working directly with the local Sales & Marketing Team and will collaborate with multiple departments. From an EMEA Commercial perspective the focus will BE on adherence to the correct processes that ensure we are compliant with regulations and able to successfully pass any audits. From a country perspective they will BE essential to winning tenders, protecting profitability and managing contracts. The need to collaborate across multiple internal departments will offer the chance to develop a wider understanding how ZimVie operates. Key Responsibilities :
- To work with the in country Sales & Marketing Team to successfully Manage all Tenders and Pricing Agreement submissions to an excellent standard (for both Public and Private customers)
- Responsible for delivering the ZimVie Commercial strategy at a local level and championing focus on the most profitable key brands for your market
- Build and maintain strategically important relationships with non-clinical stakeholders such as Hospital Buyers and Procurement Teams.
- Working closely with the Sales Team to manage and review all existing contracts, including compliance to agreed terms and requirements for a new contract/contract extension
- Taking accountability for accuracy in customer pricing, for all relevant audit requirements to BE fulfilled and to handle and resolve any issues with the order to cash process
- To support with the gathering and input of market intelligence and country specific information that can BE used for decision making Skills
