ADISSEO is embedded in a transformation journey (project name Cosmos) aiming at standardizing, harmonizing, and digitalizing its business monitoring. This encompasses an important chapter on Finance function, processes & tools.

In this context and acting as the right hand of the Program Leader, you convey Cosmos message in the Organization and you help drive change and empower the organization in ADISSEO “new ways” of working.

Your main missions are:

SAP roll out:

• Coordinate all Finance and Controlling topics linked to SAP deployment
• Manage local assessments, identify gaps with Core-Model, translate business need to IT, follow-up SAP customization and new development
• Manage External support and SAP Integrator
• Ensure full compliancy with ADISSEO Target Operating Model (TOM) and local financial requirements

Other transformation projects:

• Participate in the elaboration of Finance department long-term strategy
• Support project team in the revamping of Core BI Reporting (support functional team in the formalization of requirements, follow BI customization, coordinate tests)
• Streamline Finance and Controlling processes

Main Skills

Preferred profile:

• Master’s degree in finance with at least 10 years’ experience in finance (Financial manager, Controlling, FP&A etc). A first experience as an auditor will be appreciated.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP ECC (having deploy SAP S4 HANA is a plus)
• Solid project management skills (change and implementation management, tracking, reporting, stakeholder management)
• Process and result oriented, formalization skills
• Sense of priorities, well organized and ability to manage risky situations. Excellent communication skills and positive mindset.
